Wow, a US airline that cares. It can't be true.
Only experience has been two flights in "First Class" (which equates to Premium Economy outside the US). And both experiences were good. Cabin crew treated passengers as customers, not an inconvenient intrusion to their daily lives. Seating in the 737-800s was quite nice too. Still I would have thought that First Class would entitle me to more than soft drinks and a nice finger disk of nuts for a 3 hour flight. But I guess this is the way of it these days.
Summary: Refreshing. See, it is possible to get customer service in the US.
